Terms of Service

By using the EvPaylaşımı platform, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Definitions

• Platform: Website and mobile applications accessible from evpaylasimi.com domain
• User: Individuals who register on the Platform and benefit from its services
• Listing: Room sharing listings created by Users
• Operator: Sole proprietorship with Tax No: 8760906735, located in Kandıra, Kocaeli

2. Scope of Service

EvPaylaşımı is an intermediary platform for room sharing between users. The platform:

• Enables users to create and share listings
• Provides secure messaging services between users
• Moderates listings and removes inappropriate content

3. User Obligations

• You must be over 16 years old
• You must share accurate and up-to-date information
• You must verify your phone number
• You are responsible for the content of your listings
• You must comply with platform rules

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or deletion of your account:

• Creating misleading, fake, or fraudulent listings
• Sending sexually explicit, threatening, or harassing messages
• Impersonating someone else
• Sharing other users' personal information without permission
• Actions that compromise platform security

5. Listing Publication and Fees

• Your first listing is completely free
• A 50 TL listing fee applies to second and subsequent listings (Prices exclude VAT)
• Payment is processed through İyzico secure payment infrastructure
• After payment, your listing enters the moderation process
• After moderator approval, your listing remains active for 30 days

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• There is no right of withdrawal after payment is made
• You can delete your listing at any time while it's in draft status before payment
• Full refund will be issued if your listing cannot be published due to a technical error
• No refund for listings rejected by moderators, but you can edit and resubmit

7. Platform Responsibilities and Limitations

• The platform is only an intermediary service provider
• Users are responsible for the accuracy and currency of their listings
• The platform is not responsible for disputes between users
• Moderators work to detect malicious content but cannot guarantee all content
• Service interruptions may occur due to technical failures or maintenance

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, logos, and software rights on the platform belong to the operator. Users are considered to have licensed their rights over listing and profile photos for platform use.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

The platform may suspend or delete accounts that violate terms of service without warning. Reasons for suspension/deletion:

• Engaging in prohibited conduct
• Sharing false or misleading information
• Investigation results following complaints from other users

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will first be resolved amicably between parties. If unresolved, Kocaeli Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

The platform reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users.
