• Legal Authorities: With authorized authorities such as courts and prosecutors in case of legal obligation

6. Data Retention Periods

• Active user accounts: As long as the account remains active
• Deleted accounts: All personal data is permanently deleted when account is deleted
• Payment records: 10 years as required by tax legislation
• Listing records: Data may be anonymized and retained for statistical purposes after listing expires or is deleted
