We analysed 2,391 Turkish listing URLs from one Ev Paylaşımı public sitemap response dated 10 September 2026, grouped by city, district and listing type. Profiles and listing descriptions were not included.

Key findings
83.7% of listings are concentrated in three cities
Istanbul: 1,456 listing URLs; Izmir: 289 listing URLs; Ankara: 256 listing URLs. Together they account for 83.7% of all listing URLs in the study.

Methodology
The analysis covers 2,391 Turkish listing URLs from one XML sitemap response.
Each listing was counted once. Listings seeking multiple locations were assigned only to the primary location in their URL.
City and district names were matched against the project’s district-boundary reference data; old or unmatched district names were not guessed.
Cities were verified for 2,388 URLs. 3 general URLs were excluded from location rankings; 58 URLs with unverified districts were excluded from district rankings.
The sitemap lastmod value was not treated as the listing publication date.
The download contains aggregate counts, method version and a source checksum, with no listing identifiers, descriptions or profiles.
