HomeShare is a secure platform that brings together people looking for housing and roommates. Whether you have a home and are looking for a roommate, or you are looking for a room to rent, we help you find the right match.

First, you register with your phone number. Then you can create either a 'Has Room' or 'Looking for Room' type listing. You can find listings that suit you with filters and discuss details via messaging.

Your first listing is completely free. For your second and subsequent listings, there is a 50₺ listing fee. Payment is taken through secure credit card infrastructure.

For your security, we verify all users' phone numbers. This prevents fake accounts and fraud. Your phone number is not shared with other users.

Your listing is checked by our moderators after creation. This process usually takes a few hours. If no inappropriate content is detected, your listing will be published.

While browsing listings, you can click the 'Send Message' button for a listing that interests you. The other party will see your message and can respond. All your messages are securely stored on the platform.

Yes, you can edit or delete your listing at any time from the 'My Listings' page. Edits also go through the moderation process.

Yes, all your personal information is stored encrypted. Sensitive information such as your phone number and full name is not shared with other users. Only the information you choose to share appears in your listing.

Each listing has a 'Report' button. When you see inappropriate behavior or content, you can notify us using this button. Complaints are quickly reviewed and necessary actions are taken.

Listings remain active for 30 days after payment. After this period, the listing becomes inactive and is kept in the system for another 30 days. At the end of 60 days total, your listing is permanently deleted from the system. If you wish, you can renew your listing from the 'My Listings' page during the inactive period to reactivate it.

We currently serve all provinces throughout Turkey. You can select a city and district when creating a listing.

No refund is given if your listing is published after the listing fee is paid. However, if your listing cannot be published due to a technical issue, the fee is automatically refunded.
